Changes approval queue to physically delete threads.
This add-on is useful when using the RSS feed importer with the Post immediately option deselected. This allows the admin to physically delete threads in the approval queue.

Makes the Delete radio button in the Approval queue into a hard delete as opposed to the default which is a soft delete.
Setup:
In the RSS feed importer options, you need to make sure the Post immediately check box is unchecked.
