DCom - Paid Subscription - Paid subscriptions to view topics based on prefixes

• The plugin allows you to select threads that require a paid subscription based on prefixes.
• By default, only the first message will be available for viewing. You can specify threads prefixes in which the thread will be completely unavailable.
• The paid subscription is based on user groups and their upgrades.
• Multi Prefix by Xon plugin support.
