Improvements & Bug Fixes

Added 3 new fun commands: /bite, /push, /punch - each command has custom options in ACP where you can add body parts/objects to use randomly.

Fixed an issue with room "Enable thread reply" where you still get thread replies posted into the chat even when disabled.
Fixed JS error on mobile/responsive view.
Fixed an issue with some commands where using @Username will not work as expected.

Fixed an issue with "All pages mode" where the script fails to add a footer padding to prevent the bar from blocking visibility of some footer elements.
Fixed an issue with BB code toggle button where it breaks the editor if the button is not enabled in the Chat when toggled off from a thread or a different content type.
Fixed an issue on archive page where action buttons do not display when hovering over the message date.
